Terms of Service

The service

WeldSynth is a browser-based, camera-controlled audio synthesis and looping instrument. It is a digital product delivered as a web application — nothing physical is shipped, and no software is installed on your device.

By accessing or purchasing WeldSynth you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Purchases and subscriptions

Free tier: single-layer performance with basic waveforms and 15-second share clips. No account or payment required.

Pro Monthly: a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time through the Creem customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds for unused time.

Pro Lifetime and Pro Full: one-time purchases that grant permanent access to the corresponding feature set. Lifetime means the lifetime of the product, not an obligation to operate the service forever.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; Creem is the seller of record for tax and refund purposes.

If the product fails to function as described and we cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund through Creem. Because WeldSynth is a digital product with an immediately accessible free tier, we otherwise do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Intellectual property

The WeldSynth name, brand, interface design, and underlying code are our property. You may not copy, resell, or rebrand the service.

Music you create with WeldSynth is yours. We claim no ownership or license over your performances, recordings, loops, or exported WAV files.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer for resale, scrape at scale, or circumvent payment and license controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability and termination

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost recordings, interrupted sessions, or indirect damages.

We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation of a subscription stops future billing.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the revision date below will change and material updates will be announced on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
