Welcome to WeldSynth

BEGINNER ACADEMY · 4 MIN READ

WeldSynth is a multi-layer gesture synthesis instrument that runs entirely in your browser. Your webcam is the sensor, your hands are the controller, and the tab is the studio.

It is not a toy and not a DAW replacement. It is the fastest way to capture a chord idea the moment it appears — record a layer, weld it with the next one, and export a WAV straight into your production.

This series walks you from first launch to your first welded loop. Each lesson ends with a TRY IT NOW panel so you can practice the gesture before reading the next one.

Getting started

STEP–01

Open the app

Go to /play in Chrome or Edge. No download, no account.

STEP–02

Enable camera and audio

One tap grants both. Video is processed on-device and never leaves your browser.

STEP–03

Raise both hands

Left hand picks the chord, right hand shapes the tone. The skeleton overlay confirms tracking.

STEP–04

Play your first chord

Hold up one to five fingers on your left hand. You are playing.

TRY IT NOW

Read less, play more. Open the practice panel and try the gesture from this lesson — camera optional, Mouse Mode included.
